Dear Richard,

Zxxxx and I had a successful interview yesterday and will receive our visas in a week or so. Many thanks for your help, guidance and advice. Stephen Evans has been extremely diligent and I would recommend him without hesitation to any other applicants looking for a London based immigration attorney. We plan to arrive in the States in early January and will plan to visit Seattle soon after and hopefully meet the rest of the Am Life team there and see the setup for ourselves.

Many thanks for a very efficient and professional operation.

With best wishes from us both.

Yours,
J.

Dear Richard,

I wanted to write and thank you and Christine for all your help during our successful application for Permanent Residence (Green Card) in the USA, under the EB-5 scheme.

When we first met you kindly explained everything very clearly and painted a vivid picture of what the process requirements were and against what timeframe they were likely to operate.

I know I have burdened you and Christine many times with questions and you have always replied to me in a quick timescale with accurate information. From my perspective, nothing seems to have been too much trouble for either of you.

I am totally confident that I can recommend you without hesitation. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Thank you again.

Yours
RM

Hello Christine & Richard, just wanted to let you know the good news. We have received our new green cards with the conditions removed & valid for 10 years. The best news of all - our youngest son will be graduating as a mechanical engineer in July (Surrey Univ) & has decided to move to Florida in August.

As we've said before, everything about our immigration has been positive & a wonderful adventure. We'd be happy for any prospective clients to contact us, as we had so much input from other investors that we would like to be able to reciprocate.

Dear Richard & Christine,

We wanted to take this opportunity to highly recommend American Life as both an efficient and reliable means of obtaining a green card through the EB5 visa investment route.

Our whole experience was very positive. Our application went through smoothly and exactly as outlined by Richard in our first meeting.

As far as our family are concerned, moving to the US has been the best decision we have ever made. We are fully settled and really enjoying our new life. We look forward to the restrictions being lifted on our green cards and initiating the exit strategy on our investment in due course.

Thank you for all your help in getting us here!

Kindest regards,
Mr & Mrs Jackson         [invested April 2009]

Richard, we got our green cards last week, on the day one year after we made our EB5 investment. We are now residing in the US. The LA legal team has been very helpful all throughout. Many thanks for introducing AmLife to us. It has worked out just as you said it would at our initial meeting.

All the best and Happy Holidays!

Richard

Thanks for the info.

The EB5 Visa Investment has been a very positive experience. American Life are a first class outfit who do business the right way.........honest....no frills...and transparent.

Life in the USA is more or less as we thought it would be. Some good things about it and some bad.

We have met a massive number of UK folk who have moved over to this part of Florida. A large number , probably 50% , dont make the stay permanent though.

We miss the weather at home , the football , the food and mainly the people.

Will probably hang onto the American Life Investment for the whole ride until the Company floats one day. Henry Liebman is a smart cookie . I am enjoying this journey he is taking us on.

Subject: Removal of Conditions

Hello Richard

Hope you are well and enjoying the British summer. From reports we receive it seems better than average so far this year?

By copy you will see that we have received our new permanent Permanent Resident Cards. You might perhaps remember me asking you if filing for removal of the conditions was a DIY job. Well, it clearly isn't as we used, of course, Lincoln's company to make the application for us and subsequently discovered that the file submitted was 3 inches thick! What on earth it contained I shall never know or really want to know! Did anyone at USCIS read it do you think?

Again, thank you for all your help in this epic adventure. We are truly loving life here and have absolutely no regrets in making the decision.

With kindest regards.

Dear Richard

Sorry for the delay, I put your email on one side to answer later as we had just been granted our Green Card and were finalising many things including putting our UK home on the market prior to moving here full time.

L… and I would like to thank everyone at American Life in the USA & UK for their first class advise and assistance, every detail worked as we expected and while realise there is little that is gauranteed we had confidence throughout the process. We now look forward to seeing our investment grow and make a return at some stage in the future, we plan to visit the site once construction is underway.

You may recall we worked with Lincoln Stone and his staff, what a great team he has, his time scale was exact and his staff kept us informed throughout the process, we look forward to working with them soon to remove our conditions and have no hesitation in recommending them to any one looking to take the EB 5 route.

L… and I would be pleased to offer any assistance we can to anyone considering the EB 5 route, please ask them to contact us if they would like a chat.

Once again, many thanks

Kind Regards

Subject: RE: testimonial letter

It seems such a long time ago that my 22 year old daughter, J… said to me one day. "Dad, I want to live in New York". Wow! We had been coming to America since 1987 and J… had two pen friends in NY which she had visited. I made some enquiries but it looked impossible until quite by chance I saw a small ad in The Sunday Times from Richard Robinson, the UK arm of American Life about a visa called a EB5. After a bit of research we knew that this would be the way forward and after a meeting with him in London my wife, W…, J… and I flew to Seattle to meet the USA arm of the company. We were met with enthusiastic, knowledgeable associates who showed us around the area and explained in fine detail the workings of the scheme and the options available. We were convinced and J… entered the labyrinth of the US immigration system firmly holding the hand of American life and its associate lawyers. We were given an timetable of stages usually taken by the US authorities to process the various parts of the visa and almost to the week these processes were complete and we moved onto the next stage.

During this time J… enjoyed a rental income from our chosen property and we even subscribed to the web site of one of the tenants of the building that she had a fractural ownership of. At all times we were told what was happening and guided through the process.

In 2008 J…, was given her precious EB5 visa which allows her permanent residence in the USA with freedom to live and work where she likes. Thank you American Life. You have made a young girls dream come true and although we are sad to have lost her to America she is living her dream. As the advert for paint says in the UK. You have done exactly what it says on the tin.

Hi Kirit, I just checked my junk mail folder and I am afraid your e mail was lying there. Very sorry. I have a lot of junk mail so set my filters quite high. Thanks you for your e mail.

The EB5 was not for me but for my daughter J… who went to University in the UK, spent a term at Ball State in the States and fell in love with the USA.

I saw Richards small ad in the "Sunday Times" back in 2004 and after an initial meeting in London and a flight out to Seattle to check the scheme out we decided to go ahead and invest the money with American Life on J…’s behalf. This was nearly five years ago and as of May 2009 J… is living in New York with her permanent residents visa which was issued last year in a very good job and is very happy. I to am very happy with the financial side of things and am glad that I invested with American Life.

Everybody I have ever spoken to and met at American Life on both sides of the Atlantic were open and honest, full of integrity and incredibly knowledgeable in the mine field that is the EB5 visa. When I tell you that I have over 400 e mails alone in relation to the application and vetting process you will realize that this visa is not for the faint hearted and that once you embark on the journey you must be prepared to tough it out to the end and at your side you could do no better than Richard and Christine, Henry and Jo and all the team that you will become to trust and depend on.

Good luck with your application and please let me know how you get on as I have given quite a few references and take an interest in peoples experiences.

Best Wishes,
J. B.

Hi Richard,

Sorry for the delay in responding to your e-mail. We have just return from the USA having validated our Visas. I'm pleased to report all has went to plan. We aim to make the permanent move to the USA in about three months time.

At our first meeting in London nearly two years ago we discussed an investment with Americanlife and how we could use this investment as a method to gain EB5 USA immigrant visas for myself and my family. I must confess that prior to our first meeting I was somewhat suspicious. However upon further investigation, I was very interested in the 618LP scheme as a long term investment and was also most impressed by the professionalism of Americanlife in general. Everything I was advised at our first meeting has come to fruition and to date I remain impressed by the professionalism of your organisation.

We are now looking forward to a new life in the USA.

Thanks!
