Thank you for your time yesterday evening. It is refreshing to deal with a Company, that even after a deal is done as it were, you continue to work with customers who's circumstances change. I wonder if the other projects I looked at would be quite as helpful?
I have today written to the Embassy requesting our petition be withdrawn, please find enclosed a copy of the letter. Now that a decision has finally been made, I am keen to sell my shares as soon as possible, and would greatly appreciate your assistance in doing so.

Richard - we are now resident in Florida! C… our son has been in Seattle for three months before joining us here, and saw Henry a few times, including taking C… to a football game, which was very kind. Hope all is well with you and that business is booming (it should be!) what with the way things are in the UK. It's so good to be away from the gloom and doom at last.
We are now in the final throes of having our visa conditions lifted as our first two years of residency have flown! On our way to becoming citizens now!!!!!

Hi Richard,
Just to let you know that Jxxx got her notice of removal of conditional basis of lawful permanent residence yesterday. She is one happy girl. Just the last few hurdles now, biometric interview and passport stamping and it looks like we might be there. It seems like another life time ago since you came to see us in our flat in Chiswick. I looked at my first e mail to you which was in July 2004. Wow.
Just to say a BIG THANK YOU for all your help. We never lost faith throughout the highs and lows that is the EB5 process and I am still spreading the word to all the applicants that you refer to me as a person who has gone through the system.
I will let you know when we are all totally done and dusted but what a great early Christmas present for us all. Thanks.
